Craft-a-Thon
Things are zinging right along with the wedding plans. We spoke to Father Riley on Sunday and have a tentative appointment with him this Saturday for our first pre-marital counseling session. I'm glad we finally got that scheduled, and I'm actually looking forward to having conversations with him. He's a terribly nice man.
I've also decided to have a Craft Party next month. I've invited some girls I know here in So Cal to come over to my house for brunch and crafting to help me get decorations and favors ready for the wedding. I'm really kind of excited about this, and I've started ordering supplies and thinking about what needs to get done and what I can get help with. I've got at least three different projects I know I need help with.
My friend Shelly says she has a good tailor and has offered to go with me for a fitting within the next few weeks -- which means I'd better get cracking shopping for my unmentionables to wear under the dress!
Also, we received the rental contract for the apartment yesterday. It's all in French. Time to dig out my handy dandy dictionary and do a little research -- talk about baptism by fire! What a way to get reaquainted with the language!

I have been on-line searching for hours for information regarding wedding favors catalogs and stumbled across your blog during my journey :-) Lacy your blog is really amazing! Keep up the great work. Obviously my search on wedding favors catalogs was way off when compared to Craft-a-Thon and find it funny how it landed me here. The internet is a funny thing. Anyways, great job on your blogging and keep up the good work! I been searching for wedding favors catalogs for over 2 hours and needed a break from it. I started reading your blog and really started getting into it.

All I can say is WOW Lacy. The other half and I just got back from our friends house (well her friends house) and I needed a huge break. I am working on a project right now that is based on wedding favors for kids. I have literally been on-line for 2-3 hours doing research. Even though Craft-a-Thon really isn’t on the same page as wedding favors for kids I am certainly glad I came across your blog. There are a ton of great view points on this blog. Well I think I can here the kids screaming in the background. I put you in my internet favorites and I will certainly come back and visit. Hi Lacy your blog is really great! Wow :-) As I was out blog surfing and surfing the web for detailed info on labels for wedding favors I stumbled across your blog. Obviously my search landed me here and it is a little off subject compared to Craft-a-Thon, but I am certainly glad I did come across your blog. Did I already tell you I like it! If you would not mind, I would like to add your link to my "favorites" page to come back and read again sometime. What up Lacy! I just finished up a ten hour work day and decided to kick back and do some surfing. So I grabbed myself a drink and stumbled across your blog while doing some research on country wedding favors for a upcoming project I am doing. Well even though Craft-a-Thon isn’t what I was looking for I really enjoyed reading your blog. Your doing a great job and please keep up the good work. Lots of people do not keep their blogs up to date :0) There are some very interesting view points stated here. Hey Lacy. Very nice blog :0) I just got inside from washing and waxing my truck. It is my baby. Took me 2 hours though. So I settled down into my basement and started doing some web surfing. Anyways I am in the process of grabbing my masters degree and have spent the last 6 months researching western wedding favors. In the midst of my surfing I landed smack dab in the middle of your blog. I hope you do not think I am intruding but I must say it is great blog. Even though Craft-a-Thon is way off base from western wedding favors I found myself cruising through your blog archives for the last half hour :0) You have some nice blogging friends.
